IGNITION KEYS OF MOTORIZED AND MOVABLE ITEMS MUST BE PROVIDED TO DRIVER; FOR 5TH WHEELS, RV'S, PULL TRAILERS, BOATS, ETC. KEY IS NOT REQUIRED. 12. GHOSTHAULERS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING ON A HAULED ITEM THAT SHOULD MALFUNCTION OR BREAK, SUCH AS AXLES, TIRES, RIMS, SHOCKS, CHAINS, ETC.; WE ARE RESPONSIBLE ONLY FOR DAMAGES DIRECTLY CAUSED BY OUR DRIVERS. 13. AS A RULE, WE DO NOT TAKE THE OWNER OF ITEM ON THE HAUL; ANY EXCEPTIONS MUST BE NEGOTIATED IN ADVANCE. 14. ALL FUEL TANKS MUST BE EMPTY. 15. ON ALL 5TH WHEELS, RV'S, PULLER TRAILERS, AND GOOSENECK TRAILERS, YOUR BRAKE SYSTEM MUST BE WORKING IN PROPER ORDER, AND BATTERIES MUST BE CHARGED BEFORE PICKUP. WE GET YOUR ITEM DELIVERED SAFELY TO ITS DESTINATION; IN THE EVENT OF FOUL WEATHER, WE DO NOT DRIVE UNTIL WEATHER HAS PASSED. THIS IS FOR THE PROTECTION OF YOUR ITEM, AS WELL AS THE SAFETY OF DRIVER. IF THE DRIVER IS DIVERTED TO A DIFFERENT ROUTE DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS, THERE IS NO CHARGE TO CLIENT. IF THE TOW VECHICLE IS DISABLED MORE THAN 2 DAYS DUE TO BREAKDOWN, ANOTHER VECHICLE WILL BE DISPATCHED TO FINISH THE TOW.
